Returns & Refunds Policy

1: In-Studio Lessons and Workshops

1.1: Regular Lessons

Regular lesson places are reserved exclusively for you or your child.

If you wish to cancel your place permanently:

  • More than half a term's notice: no cancellation charge applies.

  • Less than half a term's notice: the full fee remains payable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, the lesson fee remains payable as your place and time slot have been reserved.

Requests to move a lesson must be made in advance and are subject to availability and at the discretion of Nicki Reg. Any permitted rearranged lesson must take place within the same half term.

1.2: Workshops

Workshop places are booked and paid for in advance.

  • More than 7 days before the first workshop session: a full refund may be issued.

  • Less than 7 days before the first workshop session: refunds are not available.

At the discretion of Nicki Reg, a transfer to another class or workshop or account credit may be offered if the place can be filled.

1.3: Ad Hoc Lessons

For one-off lessons:

  • More than 72 hours' notice: a full refund may be issued.

  • Less than 72 hours' notice: refunds are not available.

Lesson transfers are at the discretion of Nicki Reg and subject to availability.

1.4: Non-Attendance

If you or your child do not attend a lesson or workshop without notice, the full fee remains payable and no refund, credit or transfer will be provided.

Late arrivals do not entitle participants to additional time, refunds or credits.

1.5: Cancellation by Nicki Reg

If a lesson or workshop is cancelled by Nicki Reg due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled date;

  • A credit towards a future booking; or

  • A full refund.

2:Online Lessons, Online Courses and Online Workshops

2.1: Pre-Recorded Online Courses and Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products, pre-recorded courses, downloadable resources, memberships, eBooks and online content, refunds cannot be provided once access has been granted.

By purchasing a pre-recorded online course or digital product, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to digital content and agree that your right to cancel or receive a refund is waived once access has been provided.

2.2 Live Online Workshops

Places on live online workshops are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a live online workshop, no refund, credit or transfer will be offered. This is because your place has been reserved exclusively for you and preparation costs have already been incurred.

If Nicki Reg cancels a live online workshop due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, depending on the length course of the workshop, participants will be offered either:

  • A transfer to an alternative date;

  • A credit towards a future workshop; or

  • A full refund.

If you experience technical difficulties on your own device, internet connection or software that prevent you from attending the workshop, this will not entitle you to a refund.

2.3: Live Regular or Ad Hoc Online 1:1 Lessons

Live online 1:1 lessons are treated in the same way as face-to-face Regular Lessons and Ad Hoc Lessons and are subject to the same booking, cancellation and payment terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Your lesson time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, the lesson fee will remain payable in accordance with the cancellation terms.

If technical difficulties occur on your device, internet connection or software that affect your ability to attend the lesson, the lesson will still be considered a booked session. Any rearrangement of the lesson is at the discretion of Nicki Reg and subject to availability.

If Nicki Reg is unable to deliver the lesson due to technical difficulties, illness or unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rearranged or refunded.

3: Physical Products

If you purchase a physical product and it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Nicki Reg within 14 days of receipt.

Where appropriate, a replacement, exchange or refund will be offered.

If you change your mind about a physical product, please contact Nicki Reg within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
